Hamburger Casserole(April, 1995) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. hamburger
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked elbow roni
1 can tomatoes with juice or tomato juice
Preparation

Heat oil; saute onion over medium heat.
Add hamburger and brown.
Stir in roni and tomatoes.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
