Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 egg
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (dry)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain. Add all other ingredients and mix. Put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2-inch crushed Ritz crackers.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for about 35 minutes
