Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (about 28)
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. meaty chicken pieces (breasts, thighs and drumsticks)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine the egg and milk.
    In a shallow dish, combine the crackers, thyme, paprika and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Skin chicken and wash.
    Pat dry with paper towel.
    Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in egg mixture, then roll in cracker mixture.
