Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. salsa
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. dry Stove Top stuffing
4 or 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Combine water, 1/4 cup salsa, margarine and stuffing.
Mix well and place in 2-quart saucepan.
Arrange chicken on top of stuffing.
Pour remaining salsa on meat.
Loosely cover dish. Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
