Sausage Balls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    10 to 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
Preparation
    Let sausage get to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients with hands until it is all mixed thoroughly.
    Roll into bite-size balls.
    Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
    After freezing, put in plastic bags.
    Can be kept in freezer indefinitely.
    When ready to use, take from freezer and place on cookie sheet.
    Cook immediately in 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
