Honey Pork Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless pork chops
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
4 carrots, sliced thin
1 chopped green pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Cut the pork into 1-inch squares.
Brown the pork in 2 tablespoons oil, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes.
Combine 1 envelope brown gravy mix, 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup honey, the soy sauce, red wine vinegar, ginger and garlic salt.
Add to the skillet.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add carrots and cook for 15 minutes more.
Add the green pepper and onion; cook for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
(Very sweet and tender.)
