Passover Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            chocolate macaroons (for crust)
 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
12 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sour cream
Preparation
- 
                            To make crust, press macaroons on bottom and sides of a greased spring-form pan.
 
Set aside until ready to fill with batter.
