Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese slices
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    Combine fat, beef and onion in skillet.
    Cook until beef is brown; drain.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Stir in catsup and tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
    Turn into 8-inch square (1 1/2-quart) casserole dish.
    Cut cheese into strips; spread over meat.
    Top with biscuits.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are brown.
