Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 can beef broth
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
Preparation
    Cut steak into small strips.
    Brown in\tgrease\tor oil. Add to\tsteak
    the onion and green pepper,
    also
    in
    strips. Brown with
    steak.
    Turn skillet down to 300\u00b0
    and
    add
    beef broth and onion soup mix.
    Let simmer until
    steak
    is tender, approximately 30 minutes.
    If desired, thicken steak and broth mixture.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
