Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. grated sharp Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. dry white wine (Sauterne)
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. Kirsch or brandy
1 clove garlic
Preparation

Rub saucepan with garlic, then discard clove.
Heat wine, adding cheese slowly.
When cheese melts, add Kirsch.
Stir in figure 8 pattern.
Add cornstarch.
Stir until thickened.
Serve with cubed French bread.
