Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    8 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. cleaned salted peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place first 3 ingredients in medium-large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil until slow rolling boil is maintained for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Place popped popcorn in large roaster pan. Slowly drizzle syrup over popcorn (and peanuts, if chosen).
    Bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    (Stir the mixture every 15 minutes through baking time.)
    Cool and enjoy!
