Curried Chicken Bake(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. powdered mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, melt margarine and add remaining ingredients, except chicken.
    Cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place chicken in a single layer. Brush with curry mixture. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until brown and cooked, 35 to 40 minutes, basting with pan juices every 20 minutes.
