Beer-Batter Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can nonalcoholic beer
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper (as desired)
    1 to 2 lb. flounder fillets
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix beer, flour, cornmeal, parsley, salt and pepper.
    In skillet, over medium heat, add 1/2-inch of canola oil. Dip flounder fillets in batter.
    Place in hot oil.
    Fry until golden (about 3 minutes each), turning once.
    Drain on paper towels.
