Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled and boiled shrimp
    2 c. cooked rice (no salt added)
    1/2 pkg. bacon
    2 bell peppers, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown bacon in large pot (you want the bacon to crumble). Set aside. In bacon grease, fry onions and bell pepper until they are soft. Add rice, shrimp and bacon (crumbled) back to the pot with onions and bell pepper. Mix well. Put in enough soy sauce to turn rice brown. Mix and serve.
