Enchilada Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can chopped Ro-Tel
    1 pkg. enchilada mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Heat until cheese melts. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, Fritos or Doritos.
