Chicken Magnifique - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, halved (can use boned and skinned also)
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 garlic clove, minced
    dash of crushed thyme
    dash of rosemary, crushed
    1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chicken and mushrooms in margarine. Stir in soup, garlic and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring now and then. Blend in sour cream and heat slowly.
    Serve plain or over rice.
