Ham Or Steak-Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices country ham or round steak
    1 can tomatoes
    3 to 4 potatoes
    3 to 4 carrots
    2 onions
    2 to 3 bunches broccoli or Brussels sprouts
Preparation
    Fry ham or steak until brown on both sides in a large skillet. Lower heat.
    Add 1 quart can of tomatoes.
    Wash, peel and cut potatoes into medium-large cubes.
    Slice carrots and cut onions into 4 pieces.
    Break broccoli into small pieces.
    Add vegetables. Cover and cook on low heat until tender.
    Add salt and pepper to season.
