Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium sized flat egg noodles
    4 oz. grated cheese
    seasonings (any of your favorite)
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Remove and reserve stock.
    Bone chicken.
    Cook celery and onion in stock.
    When celery is cooked, add noodles and cook until tender.
    At this point you may need to add a little more water or part of a can of cream of celery soup or your favorite kind.
