Berlin Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. scalloped potato mix
    milk
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 c. shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
    In the same skillet, cook onion in the reserved drippings until tender. Add spinach and heat through.
