Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 lb. cooked carrots, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
Preparation
-
Combine and mix the first 7 ingredients in a blender.
Pour over carrots, pepper and onion.
Marinate overnight or longer.
