Bluefish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 2 c. cooked bluefish
    2 slices white bread, crusts removed and bread crumbled
    1 egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    dash of Old Bay seasoning (seafood seasoning)
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except oil). Form mixture into cakes.
    Fry or saute fish cakes in hot oil until golden brown.
