Joanne'S Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
peppers
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. yellow corn meal
1 can pitted olives, drained
Preparation

Brown ground meat, onions and garlic.
Add corn, tomatoes and chili powder.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in tomato juice, yellow corn meal and olives (drained).
Heat to simmering point.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
