Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients together.
    Mix eggs, cooking oil and carrots
    together and add to dry ingredients.
    Beat hard. Bake in 2
    layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with Cream Cheese icing.
