Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 qt. chopped tomatoes
2 large onions, chopped
1 qt. + 1 pt. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. salt
6 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 bulbs garlic
2 tsp. coriander (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaf
1 tsp. oregano leaf
2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Chop in blender.
Cook until thickened.
Put into hot jars with hot lids.
