Yummy Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 can top quality white creamed corn
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/2 to 1 c. whole milk
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix egg and creamed corn together. Stir into dry ingredients.
Slowly add milk to obtain consistency of thick pancake batter.
Pour into greased nonstick pan, filling halfway.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Can also be cooked like pancakes in a skillet for a delicious spoon bread.
