Peach Pie With Praline Biscuit Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. water
    8 c. sliced, peeled peaches
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring often.
    As soon as it boils, pour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Set aside.
    Combine margarine, brown sugar and nuts until crumbly.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, 2 teaspoons sugar and shortening until crumbly.
    Add buttermilk.
    Mix until dough is made.
    Spread dough on floured board and roll out into a rectangle. Spread pecan mixture onto dough.
    Roll dough up into a jelly roll. Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Top peach mixture with roll slices. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
