Butter Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. currants or raisins
Preparation
    In bowl, cream margarine, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Stir in eggs, currants or raisins.
    Fill tart shells almost full. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool on rack before removing from pans.
