Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can chopped green chiles
    1 (9 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix everything except 1/2 cup cheese.
    Pour into an 8 or 9-inch round or square pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until skewer comes out clean and crust is browned.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
