Woodchuck With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 woodchuck, dressed
    salt and pepper
    flour
    cooking oil
    2 bay leaves
    1 large garlic clove
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Cut woodchuck into serving size portions.
    Simmer in salted water for about 1 hour.
    Remove meat and roll in salted flour. Brown in a large skillet.
    Add water to the skillet to cover the meat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
