Apple Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    5 to 6 Tbsp. water
    1 can prepared apple or cherry filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Cut in Crisco until well mixed.
    Sprinkle water in one tablespoon at a time, until it forms a ball.
    Roll out into 5-inch squares.
    Put 2 tablespoons of filling in middle.
    Moisten edges with water.
    Fold it into a triangle.
    Seal edges with fork and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
