Ingredients

4 c. soy milk
1 c. dates, pitted
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. coconut
4 Tbsp. carob powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 4 Tbsp. peanut butter (optional)
Preparation

Blend 2 cups milk with other ingredients.
Pour into saucepan. Add other 2 cups milk and cook until thick, stirring often. Serve hot or chill and serve.
