Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. skinned chicken
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken in hot oil until it turns color.
    Place chicken in casserole dish or electric skillet.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
