Butternut Layer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c milk
Preparation

Beat first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes at high speed.
Add flour and milk, alternately beating after each addition.
Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 until top springs back to touch, about 25 to 30 minutes.
