Raisin Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
3/8 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
3/8 c. egg substitute
1 1/2 c. nonfat milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, including raisins.
Mix together egg substitute, nonfat milk and vanilla. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Serves 20.
