Glazed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 acorn squash (1 to 1 1/2 pounds each)
4 Tbsp. maple-flavored syrup
4 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream, butter or stick margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut each squash lengthwise in half; remove seeds and fibers.
Place squash, cut sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of maple syrup and 1 Tbsp. whipping cream into each half.
Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until tender.
