Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans chunk pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1/4 box Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Drain pineapple well.
Put in casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour, sprinkle over pineapple.
Grate cheese, put over this. Then crumble crackers real fine, add next.
Melt butter, pour over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
