Pineapple Dream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines angel food cake mix
2 1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can crushed pineapple
1 egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Make angel food cake according to directions on box.
Cut cake in three layers.
Put all other ingredients in bowl (except pineapple) and mix at medium speed until thickened.
Do not overbeat.
Spoon in pineapple evenly throughout mixture.
Spread each individual layer generously.
