Chicken Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. frozen pastry shells, thawed to room temperature
    8 oz. cream cheese
    garlic salt to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    tarragon to taste
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute chicken in butter.
    Roll out pastry shells between wax paper until fairly thin.
