Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can whole tomatoes
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in margarine until tender.
    Remove from skillet and brown ground meat.
    Drain.
    Add onions and celery back to meat; stir in tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle rice over meat mixture.
    Add a little water, if necessary.
    Place lid on skillet and simmer until all liquid is gone.
    Fluff with fork and serve.
    Great with chips and picante sauce.
