Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    You will need 2 (10-inch) skillets and a baking pan.
