Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut
    1/2 c. cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    bread crumbs for top
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cook carrots.
    Mix in all ingredients.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
