Pistachio Biscotti(Makes About 40 Biscotti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. shelled unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped
    4 large egg whites
    1 large egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
    In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and pistachios.
    With electric mixer, beat egg and egg whites until frothy.
    Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla until very thick and pale yellow (about 5 minutes).
    Fold flour mixture into egg batter until well combined.
