Candy Coated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced lengthwise
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. or less Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil carrots until just tender.
    Drain and set aside.
    In pan, combine butter and brown sugar; mix well over low heat.
    Stir until bubbly.
    Add Tabasco and salt.
    Remove from heat.
    Add lemon juice and carrots.
    Stir gently to coat well.
    Serve warm or cold.
