Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh or unthawed frozen blueberries
    3/4 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. Ultra Promise, melted
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in blueberries.
    Add milk, egg whites and Ultra Promise. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    The batter will be lumpy.
    Do not overbeat.
    Spoon batter into 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups (sprayed with Pam).
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
    Serve warm.
