Sourdough Bread And Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes or instant potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Let stand out of refrigerator 8 to 12 hours.
    (This doesn't rise, only bubbles.)
    Take out 1 cup to use in making bread. Return remaining to refrigerator.
    Keep in refrigerator 3 to 5 days.
    (I keep mine in refrigerator from one week to the next week.)
    Take out and feed again.
    If not used to make bread, throw away 1 cup or give to someone as a starter.
    Must feed every 3 to 5 days.
