Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Heat pineapple juice and dissolve jello in warm pineapple juice.
    Cool slightly.
    Cream the cheese.
    If necessary, add small amount of cream.
    Whip the cream.
    Add slightly cooled jello to cream cheese.
    Add whipped cream.
    Add other ingredients.
    Chill to set.
