Mock Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    2 cans Campbell's beef broth
    1 c. celery (optional)
    1 bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 onion, thin sliced
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown the steak; add beef broth, vegetables and soy sauce. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
    Stir often.
    Combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.
    Stir into mixture.
    Simmer until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
