Emerald Isle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chunks pineapple
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    12 marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water; dissolve marshmallows in pineapple juice.
    Add to jello.
    Chill until it starts to jell.
    Then add pineapple, cottage cheese, whipping cream (whipped) and nuts.
    Chill until firm, at least overnight.
