Linda'S Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs beaten
6 oz. Cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 large onion chopped
1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
Preparation

Mix together eggs, cottage cheese, salt, onion, margarine and broccoli.
Add cornbread mix last.
Put in well-greased baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20-30 minutes, until brown.
Serve hot.
