Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw carrots, grated
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except carrots.
Add carrots last.
Grease and flour three 8-inch layer pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Depending on individual oven, you may bake up to 45 minutes.
